  1. Totally just questioned what year we’re in… best recipes of 2012**, right?? Hehe. Thanks so much for compiling all these in 1 place- can’t wait to try them all!

  2. Hi Gena,
thank you for the inspiration and great info! Best whishes for the new year! Question, how much leafy greens should I consume per day, including smoothies? I was reading about rotaing greens and oxalates and am a little confused. I usually drink a green juice, a green smoothie and a BIG salad a per day. What are your thoughts on this?
    Thanks so much!
    Tina

  5. Terrific roundup…somehow I skipped over some of these recipes when they first appeared. The roasted cauliflower and white bean dip is just calling my name today, and luckily I have a huge head of cauliflower just begging to be roasted/processed and consumed…excited!:)

  6. This is a great idea for a post. I read your blog every post and love your recipes. I want to try the blueberry ginger ice-cream most as it is such an amazing colour. Happy New Year and keep blogging 🙂

  7. I believe those are my favourites too, especially the blueberry ginger ice cream. Sigh…

Happy New Year Gena and thank you for this blog that sometimes draw me tears of joy.

  8. No contest: your miso sesame dressing! I make it almost every week, and it has fueled my kale obsession.

  9. Chocolate pumpkin brownies, nuff said. I’m looking forward to another year chock full of delicious and healthy raw vegan recipes!

  10. Thanks for putting all these great recipes in one post! I really liked the ridiculously easy lentil soup, which I modified a bit, and the raw, vegan maple cinnamon candied pumpkin seeds. I gave the seeds as gifts to people during the holidays, and everyone LOVED them!

  11. Gena, thank you SO MUCH for posting this! You are so inspiring and I hope to start the new year here in Manchester, UK, with these colorful recipes! Thanks!

  12. Gena, love your recipes and I love how there are always still more for me to try… on my own best of 2012 list, I included your balsamic tahini dressing with a chickpea/quinoa/kale salad, a collard wrap inspired by your kabocha, avocado and cucumber sandwich and a BLT Corn Pinto Bean Salad with your eggplant bacon. A truly delicious year. Here’s to a happy and healthy new year! 🙂
