In order to help you explore a relationship with food that is uniquely suited to your needs, I offer one-on-one nutrition counseling. In my work with clients, I emphasize the formation of new and healthful eating patterns, all the while encouraging the exercise of self-love and self-care in making food choices.
While I have unique experience working with plant-based diets, my clients have many different eating styles and preferences. I work happily with vegans, omnivores, and everyone in between, as well as their family members. I’m also experienced in working with food allergies and other special dietary needs.
