Savory, protein packed breakfast, and the only work is to unwrap and heat in the oven for 15 (or so) minutes. These are the freezer burritos from THE VEGAN WEEK, and they’ve got all the good stuff: tangy pinto beans, rice, roasted onions and peppers, eggy tofu scramble, and vegan cheeze sauce.
