Somehow it’s already back-to-school season, which means busy days for this RD. I’m having so much fun with the Portable Snack Packs from @goodplanetfoods! There are two varieties: 
✔️ Cheddar-style cubes with salted cashews and dried cranberries
✔️ Smoked gouda style cubes with salted almonds and dried cranberries

    Homemade cherry tomato jam ❤️ Making a double Homemade cherry tomato jam ❤️ Making a double batch and freezing half is one of my favorite late summer traditions, and this year is no exception. Sweet, salty, tart, and vibrant, the jam is also easy to make (I do a version that’s meant to be stored in the fridge—no canning bath or sterilization required!). Try it on bruschetta or toast with some cashew cheese, in any sandwich or wrap, or as an alternative to ketchup with a homemade veggie burger.
