Ingredients

raw cashews, soaked for at least 2 hours and drained/rinsed
1/2

water

tablespoons
maple or raw agave syrup

teaspoon
vanilla extract (substitute vanilla powder or paste)
pinch of salt
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until absolutely smooth. Serve.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. They can be frozen for up to 6 weeks.
