Two Ingredient Vegan Matcha Green Tea Ice Cream

  • 2 large or three small bananas, peeled, chopped into chunks, and frozen
  • 1 tsp matcha green tea powder


  • Place the banana chunks in food processor fitted with the S blade. Turn the motor on and let it run until the bananas have been blended into a creamy mixture with the texture of soft serve ice cream. This may take a couple of minutes, and your food processor might make some loud noises, but trust me, it'll work (note: mini food processors won't work for this recipe).   • When the mixture is creamy, add the matcha powder and process till the color is uniform. Serve immediately. Ice cream can be frozen and then re-processed for the same texture. Makes 2-3 servings.
