Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup mixed fresh or frozen blueberries or blackberries (or a combination)
  • 1 1/4 cups non-dairy milk
  • 2 tablespoons shelled hemp seeds
  • 2-3 ice cubes

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients in a blender till smooth. Enjoy.
