Greek Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  • Whisk or shake all ingredients together till smooth. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
