Kombucha Berry Smoothie

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 frozen banana (cut into pieces)
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen kale
  • 1/4 Hass avocado (save the rest for meals or freeze for future smoothies)
  • 3/4 cup kombucha of choice
  • 1/2 cup water (plus more as needed; see instructions)


  • Blend all ingredients together in a powerful blender till smooth and creamy. You can add more water as needed to thin the smoothie, or you can leave it very thick (more like a fruit-based ice cream) if you prefer. Serve or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
