Strawberry, Avocado, and Spearmint Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries halved
  • 3 tbsp fresh spearmint + extra for garnish
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut water
  • 1/2 Haas avocado
  • 1 pitted date optional
  • A few ice cubes

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients in a blender till smooth. Garnish with spearmint, and enjoy!
  • Makes 2 small or 1 extra large serving.
