1/2cupraw walnut halves or halves and pieces, soaked for 4 hours and drained(60g)
3/4cuporange juice(160ml)
1tablespoonmellow white miso (15g)
1medjool date, pitted
2tablespoonsapple cider vinegar
1/4teaspoonsalt
Instructions
Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender or food processor till creamy and very smooth. Serve over greens, as a zesty mayo substitute in sandwiches, or on a hot bowl of brown rice.
