Ingredients
For the sesame dressing

tahini
1/4
cup
water

maple syrup

toasted sesame oil
(adjust to taste)

apple cider vinegar

fine sea salt
For the slaw

packed, thinly sliced or shredded red cabbage

or two small apples (I recommend Granny Smith), peeled and julienned

Instructions
Whisk dressing ingredients together and set aside.
Dress the shredded vegetables and hemp seeds with dressing; you can use as much as you like, but make sure you coat everything well! Serve.
