a) We use ConvertKit to power our Newsletter and to send you announcements about The Full Helping. b) We use Google Analytics to analyze the use of our website. Google Analytics gathers information about website use by means of cookies. DATA RETENTION

When you subscribe to the Newsletter, we will maintain your name, email address and IP address for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. If you request we delete your information, we also submit a request to Convert Kit (the service that powers our Newsletter) to also delete your data.

FOR EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA RESIDENTS

If you reside in a country in the European Economic Area (EEA), then under the GDPR and applicable data protection laws you have the rights, among other things, to access your personal data, have us erase it, and/or restrict its further processing.  If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill requests you have made (for example sending you the Newsletter), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note thatyour Device Information and Contact information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States in order to fulfill delivery of our Newsletter and other The Full Helping communications. Furthermore, you Device Information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States to provide Google Analytics and targeted Advertising.
